Pre-Order FAQ

    1. What is the benefit of pre-ordering an item before it is released?

ANSWER:
Pre-ordering is a huge benefit to collectors who "must have" a particular figurine or collection.  Many collections and figurines can sell-out almost instantly upon being released and then be on backorder for several months (or no longer available in the case of limited editions)  Pre-ordering ensures that you will get your item(s) as soon as we receive our first shipment from the manufacturer.

    2. When will my pre-ordered item be shipped?

ANSWER:
The estimated shipping dates are noted near the "add to cart" button for each pre-order item.  These dates are estimates based on the most recent updates from our suppliers and manufacturers.  These dates are subject to change for reasons beyond our control such as factory delays, shipping delays, etc.  We will keep items updated as information becomes available to us and notify all existing pre-order customers of any changes regarding the shipping date of their pre-ordered item.

    3.  Can I cancel a pre-order?

ANSWER:
Yes, you can cancel a pre-order at any time up until 48 hours before the estimated shipping date, however we appreciate more notice wherever possible.

    4. When I pre-order an item, when is my payment processed?

ANSWER:
All pre-orders must be pre-paid.  Your payment will be processed immediately when you place the order.  As mentioned above, you can request to cancel a pre-order at any time up until 48 hours before the estimated shipping date.  To cancel a pre-order, use the contact us form and fill in all of the fields, quote your order number and request a cancelation and refund.  As long as your email is received before the deadline, your order will be cancelled and refund issued within 1-2 business days.

    5. There is an item I am looking for that is due to be released from one of your suppliers, but it is not listed yet.  Can I pre-order it?

ANSWER:
We will be making items available for pre-order ASAP as soon as they are available for us to order.  Some manufacturers allow ordering many months ahead of the release date and others may only offer ordering shortly before the release date.  If you have a special request, please do contact us and we may be able to create a special order for you or at least provide you with information in regards to the availability of the item.

   6. What if you do not receive enough stock to fill all of the pre-orders?

ANSWER:
We generally will not put up items for pre-order unless we have a reasonable assurance that we will receive our order complete.  When our shipments come in, pre-orders will be shipped in the order in which they were received. In the very unlikely event that there is a stock short-fall and we cannot fill all pre-orders, any remaining pre-order customers will be given the option to wait for the next shipment, or cancel their order and be refunded.
