Shipping Info for Canada

Carrier:
We use Canada Post to ship all items within Canada.  For the small, flat items, we are able to use letter mail which keeps the costs very low and for our larger items, we use Expedited Parcel. 

Transit Times:
Transit times within Canada will vary from 2-7 business days depending on your location.  Customers in Western Canada can expect to receive their order within 2-4 business days and customers in Eastern Canada can expect to receive their order within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Rates:
Our shopping cart will calculate your shipping rates. Just select your location from the drop down list on the cart page and your shipping charges will calculate based on your location.  We use flat shipping rates where you are charged shipping on the largest item and then each additional item is shipped at a lesser rate.  For instance, if you purchase 2 ceramic art tiles, your shipping cost would be $14.75 for the first tile, but only $2.75 more for the 2nd, 3rd, etc.  Also, you can add unlimited small lightweight items such as bookmarks, stickers, necklaces, cards, etc to an order for no additional shipping charges. If ever in doubt, just click the VIEW CART button and you can estimate your shipping by selecting your country.

Victoria and Vancouver Island Customers:
We do not have a retail location and therefore customer pickup is not available.  Please note that we are often able to ship your orders on larger items for less than what our website will calculate due to your close proximity.  If the shipping charges you pay when completing your order exceed our shipping costs, we will gladly refund you the difference.  If you want to inquire ahead of time about the costs to ship to your location, please email us at service@therealm.ca and we can give you an exact quote.

A reminder that our prices are in USD and your credit card company will convert the USD amount to Canadian dollars at their current exchange rate.
