Shipping Info for International Customers

Carrier:
We use Canada Post to ship all items internationally.  For the small, flat items, we are able to use light packets or small packets which keeps the costs very low and for our larger items, we use Small Packet up to 2KG.  Orders over 2KG must be shipped by Expresspost international which can be a costly service. 

Transit Times:
International transit times will vary from 7-14 business days depending on your location and the shipping service. 

Shipping Rates:
Our cart will automatically calculate your shipping rates.  Click on VIEW CART after adding your items and select your country from the drop down list and your shipping charge for your country will appear.  We use flat shipping rates where you are charged shipping on the largest item and then each additional item is shipped at a lesser rate (some of the larger items cannot be discounted on the 2nd item due to the weight or they may have to be sent separately).  For instance, if you purchase 2 6" figurines, your shipping cost would be $18.75 for the first figurine, but only $12.75 more for the 2nd.

*PLEASE NOTE: While we have tried to set up our website to include shipping to international buyers, our shopping cart may not calculate enough shipping for your destination when you check out.  We review all international orders right away and will email you with an invoice for any additional shipping charges for your destination.  If you want to inquire about shipping charges ahead of time, simply email us at service@therealm.ca and let us know what you wish to purchase and where it is being shipped to and we can provide you with a quote.
