Shipping Info for the USA

Carrier:
We use Canada Post to ship all items to the USA.  For the small, flat items, we are able to use light packets or small packets which keeps the costs very low and for our larger items, we use Expedited Parcel. 

Transit Times:
Transit times to the USA will vary from 4-12 business days depending on your location and the shipping service.  Orders under 1KG are shipped by air which generally takes a week or less and larger orders are shipped by ground which is anywhere from 1-2 weeks.

Shipping Rates:
Our shopping cart will calculate your shipping rates. Just select your location from the drop down list on the cart page and your shipping charges will calculate based on your location.  We use flat shipping rates where you are charged shipping on the largest item and then each additional item is shipped at a lesser rate.  For instance, if you purchase 2 ceramic art tiles, your shipping cost would be $11.75 for the first tile, but only $6.75 more for the 2nd, 3rd, etc.  Also, you can add unlimited small lightweight items such as bookmarks, stickers, necklaces, cards, etc to an order for no additional shipping charges. To get the actual shipping estimate for your order, simply click the "VIEW CART" button after you have added the items you want to your cart to get the exact shipping costs for your order.  You can then continue shopping or check out.
