Payment:

We accept Visa and Mastercard on our website. You can also pay with Paypal and use your bank account or major credit card by using your existing account or setting up a new account at www.paypal.com .  If you have any troubles during checkout or the order process, please email us immediately so we can assist you service@therealm.ca

Canadian Taxes:

The Realm is GST/HST registered and charges taxes to Canadian customers as per the following:
BC residents: 12%HST
ON,NB,NL residents:  13% HST
NS residents: 15% HST
All other Canadian Customers: You will be charged 5% GST when you checkout

US Customers: There is no tax on orders shipped to the USA.
International customers: Although we do not charge any tax to international customers, please consult your country's customs regulations to determine whether you will be charged taxes, fees, or duties when bringing goods into your country from Canada as we have no way of knowing the individual regulations.  Any duties or taxes owed by you will be charged and collected by your countries customs office or postal service prior to delievery.

Shipping Info:
All orders are shipped via Canada Post.  Orders to the USA will be transferred to the USPS after they cross the border and international orders will be delivered by the Country's Postal Service.

USA transit time: 4-12 business days.  Small, lightweight orders go by air and are generally received within a week.  Larger or heavier orders ship via ground and take 1-2 weeks.
Canada transit time: 2-7 business days depending on location (We are located in BC)
International transit time: 1-3 weeks, depending on location.  International transit times can vary a lot depending on the country and the speed at which shipments are cleared through customs.  Most of our international customers receive their orders within a couple weeks, but unforseen delays in customs do occur from time to time.  We use airmail for all international orders.

Handling Time:
All items are in stock (*see note below) We generally ship within 2 business days of receiving your cleared payment (sometimes sooner).  If you pay on Monday, we will ship your order on Wednesday.  If you pay on Thursday, your order will ship out on Monday, etc.  We do try to ship sooner when possible and if you are in a rush and make a special request, we will try to accommodate you for sure.

*Occasionally, 1 of our items is sold out through one of our other sales channels before our website has been updated.  If this occurs, we will either refund you for that item or give you the option of waiting until it is re-stocked.

Return Policy:

We will happily offer credits or refunds for the purchase price of items returned in re-sellable condition in their original packaging within 14 days.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.    Please email us at service@therealm.ca if you need to arrange to return a products so we can issue you an RA# and provide instructions.
