TERMS OF PURCHASE (This information also appears on the checkout page and your invoice)

1- Our base currency is USD. If you are making payment in another currency (CAD,AUD,EUR,GBP), you understand that the prices and order total reflect the current rate of exchange at the time you place the order.  Because exchange rates are ever-changing, the prices of items for future orders in your home currency will fluctuate. Our website downloads the latest exchange rates every 15 minutes, so prices in all secondary currencies are subject to change.  The USD price is constant and does not fluctuate (with exception of sales, actual price changes, etc)

2- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND CUSTOMS IMPORT DUTIES AND FEES (FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE USA AND CANADA) The Realm Mystical Shop is located in Canada.  Your order will be shipped from Canada and may contain items that are MADE IN CANADA, MADE IN USA, MADE IN CHINA, or other countries of origin. International customers (outside the USA and Canada) may be charged fees upon delivery by your postal service or country's customs office such as duties, taxes, brokerage, or import fees.  The Realm Mystical Shop is NOT RESPONSIBLE for these fees, and you, the customer must consult your local government to find out what fees might be applicable when you import items from Canada.  Any unclaimed shipments are treated as abandoned and refunds will NOT BE ISSUED if you decide not to claim your package because of import fees.

3-CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES: If you need to make changes to your order or cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours.  Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, and once an order has been shipped, we are of course unable to modify or cancel it.

4-RETURNS: If you wish to return an item, you must email us within 7 days of receiving the item with the following information: Name, Email, Invoice#, Item, Price, and reason for return.  We will then provide you with return instructions.  Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE and return shipping costs must be paid by the customer (except where breakage or shipping damage has occurred)
